I love the 100% stuff, even 90% seems to sweet for me now…I remember being given a sample of 100% in Hotel Chocolat a couple of years ago and being absolutely horrified by it! I never would have imagined two years later I would be going in that same shop and getting that same chocolate!

But I had a little 70% the other day thinking it would be a treat, and it was far too sweet!
My rather poor first attempt at keto biscuits. My own recipe, they tasted okish, but I wouldn’t do them again… too much butter … I need a good keto cookie recipe!
Willie’s Cacao is another nice one. There’s still a few for me to try from Hotel Chocolat. Apparently Godiva does one too but I have yet to find that one in the shops!

OMAD was the other half of Saturdays Ribeye, 2 fresh sausage links cooked on the grill (2 different kinds … 6 ingredients or less and all pronounceable), 4 eggs w/ crumbled bacon (cooked in the bacon grease).
Thanks. I am going to miss the SmartCakes / Nui cookies after dinner … but that is one thing I was looking to break away from. They are keto and all, but I don’t want / need to get in the habit of eating “dessert” every night.
I am doing this in hopes of seeing mood / energy / sleep improvements (probably in that order). lol

Throwing in another lunch today, since someone was so nice to put it together for me this morning. Hard Salami, with hidden Cheese underneath, Ham, Boiled Eggs, Pepperoni, Pickles, Olives, 2 cans of Potted Meat and Pork Rinds and a Blueberry Bai.

@DiMo Kumato tomatoes are a European hybrid from an heirloom variety I believe. Grown in Canada, greenhouse grown. They’re fairly sweet with an awesome flavor. Very high in Lycopene. They got a big boost a few years ago as the best tomato in Men’s Health Magazine I believe. I gave them a try and fell in . Definitely a favorite when they’re available.
I don’t really like to buy conventional peppers and tomatoes because they’re heavy pesticide crops. But I do make an exception for these delicious tomatoes when they hit the stores.

Grease a muffin tin. Roll out the bacon and line the tin. Crack an egg into each 1. A slice of tomato and a little cheese. Dash of Tabasco! Bake until just wobbly.
Ps leave a little bit of bacon so you can lift em out!
