What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Pea porridge (only 10 g of carbs - quite good for the likes of me), spinach, mushcrooms, 2 fried eggs with onions. Ate it before I took a picture.
This was my dinner tonight! Eggs scrambled I’m ghee, a whole pack of crispy bacon and some smoky chorizo!
Well, we are what we eat…and you’re probably 10% dark chocolate too😉
I’m definitely dark chocolate…Smooth, with a hint of bitterness!
I thought I would try some zuccini noodles for the first time
Sauted them in a little olive oil, and my new favourite butter

I thought I had a ragu sauce in the freezer, but it turned out to be a jolly hot (in a good way) chilli! I used to be able to tell the difference by the kidney beans! But no longer a visible clue☺20190513_183914|375x500

Not sure I would use the zoodles again. I like sliced runner beans or buttered cabbage. Or just a dollop of soured cream and cheese!

Came home a little early to stop by the grocery store and then had a meal… 2 Hamburgers with Rao’s Sauce, Sour Cream & Scallions. Bacon, some Rotisserie Chicken, Scallops (Some Bacon wrapped by the wife), some Cali-Egg Salad, Pickles and Olives.
Funny you mention dark chocolate. I made some pudding/mousse and my people were like Hmmm, I wish it was sweeter! I thought it was plenty sweet!
