I have the EXACT same one! It works well, though we have been using Miracle noodles more then veggi-noodles of late.
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
The most filling chili I’ve ever had. I suspect that may be due to me not draining the meat after cooking it. Very tasty.
Which recipe did you use for the peanut butter cookies? I tried one that was awful, I had to throw away the whole batch!
@DiMo I have seen some posts using defatted peanut flour, lower carb count than almond flour.
Here is the recipe. So easy. My recommendations if you make these: add a little salt (especially if you like sweet/salty things like I do); if I made them again I’d use a sweetener other than erythritol (even though it’s my go-to sweetener) as this is one of the few things I’ve made where I could detect that “cooling” taste/effect of the erythritol. Also, only bake them for 10 minutes. Luckily I did this after reading the recipe reviews.
Spicy Herbed Scrambled Eggs
Three Jumbos with Butter, Harissa, Lemon Zest, Fresh Herbs - Thyme, Flat Leaf Parsley, Chervil, Cilantro and S&P with Monterey Jack Cheese. Mikey likes it!
Funny, the three ingredient cookies have four! The author needs to brush up on counting, sometimes fingers help people!
Feeling super off past couple of days so taking a break from dairy…made eggs in bacon fat, olives, and roast beef.
Tonight’s dinner is chicken breast with bacon wrapped asparagus, with melted butter for dipping!
Had some of my Montezuma’s Easter egg for afters!
Broke a Fast at 48 hrs. with a rare work lunch time meal. Ran out and picked up some stuff… Rotisserie Chicken, Pepperoni, Sharp Cheddar Cheese & some Olives. Also finished off a small bit of Pork Rinds.
Ate half the Chicken, Pepperoni and Cheese and just had some Olives
