Almost finished it before took photo, beef & pak choy stir fry, made double so I have lunch for tomorrow in new office.

Veggetti, under $20. I remember late night TV commercials like 20 years ago I think. Still around after all these years. I bought mine at Walmart a few months ago but they have it on Amazon too. Works great, don’t fall for the hourglass shaped cheaper models, too hard to use especially with something harder than zucchini. I love mine. Wet the suction cup before trying to stick it to the countertop. And you have to push that feed handle while you’re cranking. Did a double portion of doodles (370g.) in about 3 minutes.
Just bought 2 bags of these last weekend. Hoping I like them… haven’t had them before.
And dinner. Cup of Parmesan cheese one egg a little bit of cream to thin it out, poured it in a pan and let it sit and then I added bacon and then some mixed cooked greens
Taco Tuesday
I used Jenny O taco seasoned ground turkey. Warning, there is actually sugar in this product. I won’t be using it again. GRRRRR
Exciting Grocery Outlet Score Today!
I almost missed these because I wasn’t Bacon shopping today, $6.99 ea. I walked by again 5 minutes later and they were gone. Good Karma Slab Bacon and a couple packs of Andouille that look pretty good for $1.99, 1 carb each link. Also got some great cheese buys.
Meat and Faux-tatoes
Some leftover Smoked Brisket and half a Blackened Loin Chop. Daikon mash with sautéed onion, garlic and Parmesan Cheese.

Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. Filled with a mix of ground sausage, bacon, Mexican cheese blend, and cream cheese.

Today should be interesting. I’ve got a large semi-annual meeting to go to. It’s funny, I’m an introvert who has to go do what really only amounts to networking.
Anyway, it’s always catered and I never know what will be there. Last time I attended pulled pork was on the menu. It was pretty funny to walk through the line and leave behind all the carby and have nothing but a huge plate of pork without sauce.
Three of my employees are going with me, thankfully one is keto. The good thing is that if nothing is there that I feel that I can eat, I can just smile and have some water and feel just fine. I love not being ruled by food and meal times.
Update: caterer put sauce on the pork bbq… ! It should’ve been served plain with sauce on the side. I didn’t trust the yardbird and I’m not eating veggies so continuing the fast. It’ll be 24 hours in a matter of minutes.
24 hours is about the longest I’ve gone as I’m fairly lean. As of now planning to wait until I get off work and get in a workout so hope to go until 5 or 6.
