@Shortstuff I cannot wait to go watch when I get home from work! I was tempted to do it here, but, I’ve been on the forum so much today, YouTube watching would really just start to make me feel guilty. Well, kinda.
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Doing well, thanks. … Still has the limp some of course and flicking of the leg too, but it won’t take long before it works itself out some. Just glad it’s finally over with the cast.
Thanks again.
How did you make your bulgogi marinade? The way I’ve learned from my mother in law has sugar in it.
@Shortstuff Omg I loved all of the videos so much. Maud looked so proud and what a ruckus! You weren’t kidding!!
You caused a frenzy with your buckets!
I love how you know them and name them…Ringo! Lol! I couldnt believe the line of geese that kept coming out of the pond lol. That made me happy.
Thanks so much for sharing.
Today has been a weird eating day. I tried to bake eggs for the first time, I wasn’t impressed but was able to choke them down between bites of bacon.
Dinner was kind of monochromatic but tasty. Slowly cooked the cabbage in bacon nectar with salt and pepper only. It turned out carmelized and really yummy. Spiced up the low carb BBQ sauce with some hot sauce.
That’s Katie eyeing the bounty. Millie is not pictured as she’s being sneaky and stalking my plate.
I love Boston’s so much my mom and dad had one that lived to be 17 years old. Katie is a cutie-patootie.
It’s salami in muffin tins with broccoli, onions and cheese baked for like 10 minutes on broil.
I reckon the chef just dropped it onto the plate!!
Seriously, it was very pretty and tasted even better.
Pork Lo Mein
Daikon doodles, bok choy, mushrooms, mung bean sprouts, green onion tops, sousvide pork loin and coconut oil with a little oyster sauce and S&WP.
My friend was here helping me with the yard and difficult house cleaning stuff and I made him dinner which I forgot to post yesterday.
Rainbow Eggs and Bacon
Garden herbs including Chervil, Italian Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic Chives, Onion Chives and Flowers, Nasturtium Petals and Asiago Cheese. Fancy gifted
One of my coconut flour fathead bagels fried in bacon grease and slathered with homemade cream cheese spread (2 parts softened cream cheese to 1 part butter whipped with various flavor add ins [this time I used some lemon zest, a very little lemon juice, cracked pepper, and onion & garlic powders]). All that was edible from a very overripe avocado (sigh…). Fried eggs and bacon.
