I hope she isn’t physically traumatized by laying those huge eggs!
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Yeah, and apparently with not a lot of training either. I mean, she was nice and polite (albeit, very slow) but I asked for the Baconator ‘sandwich only’. And she kept asking me… Medium? Large? I said no Ma’am, I just want the sandwich and please add Lettuce, Tomato & Mustard. So she said… So no Bacon or Cheese??
…I said, Yes. I want the Bacon and Cheese, I just want to ADD Lettuce, Tomato, and Mustard. So simply, just no Ketchup. … To which she said, but no meal?
I got home early (thankfully) from work and I was starving. Made bacon and ate some of the roasted turkey breast I got for dogs today. It was really good! Thought I wouldn’t be hungry for dinner but I was. Made a small beef tenderloin (which was really tasty) and some green beans.
this is my preferred level! Most desserts, even Keto are too sweet for me…was there a blondie recipe I missed?
Sadly, I don’t have a keto gyro meat recipe. I used frozen Kronos stuff, which as it turns out isn’t the lowest carb thing I could’ve had. Especially paired with the somewhat carby yogurt in the tzatziki sauce, but I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so it didn’t put me over. I do have a recipe for the sauce and the flat bread though.
For the flatbread- I used half the baking powder suggested and just pressed them into flat rounds.
Dinner tonight… Bacon Salad with Eggs, Pickles, Olives Celery (only ate a few) and Sharp Cheese. Then two Cheese Burgers with Bacon.
I’m told the eggs are soft when laid then go hard once in contact with the air. That makes me feel better about the huge eggs my girls lay.
Refried pork belly (cooked in ghee) and scrambled eggs (made with the same ghee the meat was fried in).
Thanks we use it a lot during the spring and summer months, my husband loves grilling
Couple of hot dogs for dinner tonight, bread-sized squares of Joseph’s Lavash Bread:
Each hot dog is:
• Bread-sized square of Joseph’s Lavash Bread
• Half-slice of pepper jack cheese
• Microwaved hot dog
• French’s Spicy Mustard
• Horseradish sauce
• No sugar added sweet pickle relish
• Strip of red bell pepper
I usually add diced onions, but didn’t have time to cut one up.
Yes because they’re able to humanely force a feeding tube down the poor bird’s throat and constantly force it to over-eat to the point of the liver becoming diseased…
