French Rolled Herb Omelette
My neighbor was moving out the other day and putting stuff on the sidewalk for people to take. I scored a 15” paella pan (I see cauliflower rice paella in my future)
that was a little abused and rusted slightly. Cleaned it up and used it for the first time making this omelette. 3 jumbos with some 5 year old Gouda cheese, garlic, thyme and parsley. 

… I have no issues when it comes to protein either and most times it dominates my plates. But I do prefer it that way. But throwing in some other stuff here and there doesn’t hurt.
But I will breaking sometime tonight. Already have a Steak in the Sous Vide presently.
