French Rolled Herb Omelette

My neighbor was moving out the other day and putting stuff on the sidewalk for people to take. I scored a 15” paella pan (I see cauliflower rice paella in my future)
that was a little abused and rusted slightly. Cleaned it up and used it for the first time making this omelette. 3 jumbos with some 5 year old Gouda cheese, garlic, thyme and parsley. :cowboy_hat_face:

Yes, not something I would eat all of the time, very low carbs (like 2 or 3 per serving), doesn’t smell great, you rinse before you use. They have a nice texture and they are a nice change of pace.

This :point_up: … I have no issues when it comes to protein either and most times it dominates my plates. But I do prefer it that way. But throwing in some other stuff here and there doesn’t hurt.

This is generally where I’m at whilst Fasting… like now. :smile: But I will breaking sometime tonight. Already have a Steak in the Sous Vide presently. :slight_smile:

It’s fine, I have no issues with anyone else eating chicken. I just can’t bring myself to see them as food anymore. I used to love chicken wings and could eat a plate full, but now it’s like… that’s their little arms :open_mouth:

Just finished dinner and off to till the garden… Wife made Rotisserie Chicken, NY Strip Steak, Bacon, Egg Salad with Sour Cream, Pepperoni, Pickles, Olives and Celery. Gave the wife part of my Steak since she wasn’t originally going to eat tonight. :slight_smile:
