I flip it up … I don’t always eat that much.

Having said that, I am not too worried about TOO much protein and I think sometimes shaking things up a little helps

Actually it’s one of those ā€œDon’t really feel like or have time to cook todayā€ things. Bought a tray of Italian Sausages, these happened to be turkey which I usually don’t get but I’m trying to cut back on fat,
(I can hear the gasps coming over the matrix) because I am trying to burn my own!

SautƩ with olive oil, add a little marinara thinned down a little, cover and let it cook about 10 minutes on low. Sliced half of them and divided the sauce putting them in a small baking dish, cover with cheese, bake 12 minutes and enjoy. :cowboy_hat_face:

It really looks so good! I enjoy every one of those ingredients and put together, even better! Italian Sausage isn’t easily sourced in the UK (at least not in my supermarket), I wonder if I could season sausage meat with fennel and herbs to make something similar. Thank you for the directions, I’m going to give it a go next week :shallow_pan_of_food: :blush:

Prefect, thank you! A friend once made me Italian Wedding Soup with, wait for it, Italian sausage… it was so so tasty! I honestly dreamed about that soup for a couple of weeks afterwards!
