Absolutely! In the name of keto, I’m happy to take one for the team!
They call this the Cuban Benny…definitely a favorite, Cuban pulled pork on arugula topped with eggs and a mustard hollandaise sauce…could eat this everyday, must learn to make hollandaise like this little local diner does

Chicken stir fry (don’t call the keto police) there is 1/4 tsp honey in this one, tasty but bit too sweet, will go back to normal next time.
After a lamb burger patty topped with some yummy Double Gloucester cheese, I went looking for something to sop up the fat remnants on my plate. I dug a slice of Cheesy Skillet Bread (sort-of cornbread like and baked in a cast-iron skillet in the oven) out of the freezer. Yum…
Lunch, avocado, smoked oysters and fried chicken liver.
Gotta eat this stuff when DH is away… it creeps him out lol.
I think I have a problem.
Is there a chickenpox liver pate anonymous group anywhere? I can not seem to stop eating this stuff…

That looks great! I had cake and toast this weekend. I was away for a pretty physical weekend and the food choices for dinner were good but I ate cake! breakfast wasn’t that good so I had toast and sausage. We have a 7 hour car ride so i was careful going and coming to not pack crap.
So, I’m just going to get back on track when I get home.
Made a Mexican pot roast that we turned into taco salads on account someone made it way too spicy to eat on its own (oops. I was aiming for a medium and I ended up with hellfire hot)
I also made coconut chocolate chip bars but I ate my piece before taking a photo
I put a stick of butter on it because the other pot roast I made used one so I figure what the heck
Dinner today… Salad, Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Gizzards, Kale, Top Sirloin Steak and Mushrooms and some Pickles and Olives.
Perfect Meal to me!!

What brand was that? All of the cans I look at online have about 8 carbs for that kind of can.

I worked and ate at the same time today! nice little mixture of salmon, cream cheese, left over courgettes, mortadella, egg and some bacon strips!

but oysters do have some carbs even eaten raw. So 8g is probably just due to that.
