One caveat with scraping off the toppings is that some pizza sauces can sometimes have a little sugar in them. But, even so, it would have far fewer carbs per slice than the crust would.

Steamed green beans or asparagus or pea pods or sugar snap peas are some of my favorite veggies. But I always drown them in butter with a good amount of black pepper. Yum.

Lately, Walmart has had the fresh green beans for $1.49/#, so I’ve been ordering a pound every time I get some groceries delivery.

I’m not personally too fussed about the ingredients (except for the canola oil, though I can see why some people would be). I just feel I would be incapable of portion control. I’m trying to limit or eliminate eating foods that bypass my off switch.

I might have these as an occasional treat, when I’m more financially solvent. :blush:

Sous vide 7 hours at 52C then on the BBQ/Gas grill for 4 mins per side… heaven…

Lamb ribs (cooked in the slow cooker overnight) and eggs for breakfast. I won’t be repeating this as the ribs didn’t turn out well being cooked that way, they were too fatty which may sound weird on keto, but they actually made me feel sick as they were so fatty.

Well, actually been quite sick since yesterday. Told the Wife it was coming a few days ago, and didn’t sleep at all last night, simply freezing and burning up at the same time, and spent the night shivering uncontrollably and now have been running a fever and laying down since. … Tried eating something, but only got through some. - Refusing to start sucking down meds, so tried some Eggs, Bacon & steak.

Was just about to post this photo when I see the toppings only pizza discussion. Hopefully this sauce isn’t a super sugary one! I just ate a bunch. Uh oh.

Look at all those toppings though! I love that this local place piles the toppings high and has a very un-tempting, cardboard-like crust.
