I’m still working on different cheeses and how much sodium citrate to add for small batches, just my wife and myself.
Here is the stuff I bought, I’m only using a 1/2 tsp so it will go pretty far. Melted pepper jack on scrabbled eggs… yummy!

I love that it has a sweet taste compared to regular water, especially noticeable when I’m fasting.
My co-worker looked at me and said " you’re not eating the crust" I said “NOPE” and she said aren’t you going to be hungry later??? I told her I have some roast to eat after I finish my workout!
People are always trying to get you back on carbs because they can’t picture life without them! Good work. And about eating pizza topping, it’s okay in a pinch but I would recommend limiting to 2 slices, the sauce is usually loaded with sugar.
Ham and Cheese Scramble with Coffee Cake
I’ve been making Jalapeño Cheddar Buns lately (recipe is posted) and decided to try altering it into a coffee cake. It came out good but also gave me ideas to improve it, a work in progress, cream cheese frosting on top.

I had three careful not to eat too much of the sauce. Then I finished my roast beef and I’m stuffed to the gills.
My first “don’t have to cook” day of several, after “insta-potting” a roast and slow-roasting a rack of beef back ribs. I already had a big container of steamed green beans, so five minutes of microwaving, & I’m ready to chow down.
