Man, that’s a plate full.
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Wow, so sorry to hear about the deer incident, as well as the other issues you’re dealing with. V’s had some of that too, passing out I mean. … I’m actually feeling a whole lot worse now, but I know I read your post earlier and remember reading about the possible cheat and you deciding on McD’s instead, but I can fathom how I missed the part about the deer? … Glad you’re ok though.
No problem thank you! If she has random passing out she may want to consider a tilt table test!
Cauliflower Cheddar Soup
So a rare moment, my son ate his dinner pretty quickly and asked for more ! The food was gone so I had to whip this up quickly. And I had to have some too.
Oh sorry to hear that! I have you here before it’s never been less than $1500 to repair it! It’s really really expensive if you hit a deer. And they come out of nowhere
Yeah I think people were hunting turkey and scared them cause three ran out and I missed two and hit the last one! My car is a older car. I literally only paid $800 for it, so it would not be worth replacing. And I don’t have any money saved up anyways! I just need to figure it out cause it’s my way to mine and my dads appointments!
I mince it myself with my kenwood attachment. But I am sure they would grind it for you at your butchers. Just make sure you use it right away then, because of the intmcreased surface were bacteria could go crazy on…
I used paprica, cayenne some garlicpowder pepper, salt a tbsp tomato puree and a raw egg… Yum…
And thanks so much for the compliment
I was getting ready for a party and just felt all the Sass come over me
And my skin was glowing that day
Here in Phoenix, the local Target store has both sizes. I had a few 29.5 oz bottles delivered from Target late last month via their “Restock” program, as the price was only $3.79 (the 13 oz bottles are $3.19 at Target and $2.08 at Walmart). I used to have the 13 oz bottles delivered from Walmart, 12 in an order.
I do see the larger bottle on the Walmart website (free 2-day shipping if the total order is $35 or more):
On my list but with sodium citrate to make it really creamy.
Do you use sodium citrate, amazing stuff for cheese sauces?
I do the same … and even got my wife doing it (when she fasts). I already LOVE carbonated water and have a soda stream so I make it myself. I have 1L of carbonated water a day but I have a 2nd as “dinner” when I am fasting. I find the liquid (and bubbles) help me to pass the normal dinner time hunger signals.
Sorry, no picture from last night. i ate standing at the sink on a paper towel after doing yard work. lol
I had 2 cans of Vienna sausages (1 regular, 1 smoked) w/ string cheese and a cinnamon SmartCake for dessert. Wasn’t “pretty” and really, I wasn’t THAT hungry. lol
So I just heard about sodium citrate a couple of days ago from @CandyLindTX in her artichoke spinach dip. I knew about melting salts already but there’s a couple different compounds that do this. Apparently you don’t need heat to melt the cheese with it. Interesting.
The soup is just cauliflower, leftover chicken stock, salt, white pepper and a little turmeric, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and a little low carb 1/2 and 1/2 I got a deal on. 1 carb for 2 Tbsp. Used half a cup in 4 servings so it came out about 5 carbs per cup. I haven’t been eating much veg the last two weeks so my carbs have been pretty low.
