Much appreciated! :+1: … I’ve actually been tinkering with a few ideas for making some bread myself, but always like to try original recipes. Never know, some work as is, but I do enjoy tweaking them. :smile:

It’s pretty decent, little sweetness to it which I liked, not enough of one that it’s overpowering. Worked well to mop up egg yolks.

Just a little salad for lunch. Baby greens, broccoli florets, boiled egg, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Greek vinaigrette. The bowl pictured is 4 servings, I probably ate half the bowl.

Today’s OMAD… Salad, Pickles, Olives, NY Strip Steak (flamed seared on the grill), Cauli-Egg Salad, sliced Roast Beef and Almonds with some Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate.

No it actually managed to run but it broke my cars frame so it would cost more to fix it than it’s worth! I’m assuming it probably died due to how severe my car was! Job is actually the only one I can manage due to its flexibility with my auto immune disease. I contacted some agencies but unless your pregnant or have a child most of them don’t help! Not really sure how it’ll play out but I appreciate the thoughts! I’ve gone to far with Keto to just give up due to stress!

Yeah mine stops me from doing most jobs as I have fibromyalgia and also POTS which my heart rate is up and down a lot, I randomly pass out when changing positions, have migraines and muscle spasms. Only one doctor in my state deals with it and he no longer wants to so I’m on a 2 year waiting list for Ohio which is about 4 hrs from me. I have iv fluids twice a week to see if that helps but hasn’t. Not many medications tend to help! Keto has helped some, not as much as I’d like but i definitely have some improvements!
