Today I’m on a 20/4 IF so in that timespan I’ll eat 3 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, slice of mozzarella, 6oz filet mignon cooked in butter with a spring mix salad and 1/3 of a large cucumber, 4 tablespoons olive oil and equal apple cider vinegar dressing, shredded parmesan cheese, 1 avocado, and a few scoops of sour cream, because, well, why not :smile:

I agree. I have the Vienna Sausage, potted meat and SPAM. I love them all and have since I was a kid. I will also agree that some of the sausages are mushier than others … but I am not much of a texture guy so it doesn’t really bother me. I hadn’t eaten any of the three in YEARS … but they are really good keto foods, so I get to enjoy them again!!

Not the prettiest plate of food, but I’ve grown quite fond of corned beef slices! I demolished the whole pack with eggs scrambled in ghee and some olives! Quick and easy tonight as I can’t be arsed!

Yep, there are also cans of Spam sitting next to those other two at my place as well. Again, the Pups love them, so they think they’re all for them now. :smile: … It’s also why I had the Wife put in 3 packages of Gizzards into the slow cooker for tonight. They also think Gizzards are only for them too. :flushed:

I share with my fur babies as well. True love, I not only share those kinds of ā€œbottom shelfā€ meats … but they get eggs, steak, and yes … BACON! :smiley:

My mom used to make us fried spam slices when I was a little kid, and I remember loving it. I haven’t yet worked up the courage to eat it again , but I think it’s in my near future

Oh yeah, ours get basically everything we do and then some. :smile: And a lot of that is made just for them, no limits. We actually shop with their numbers included, since the three of them can eat. So we usually purchase 6 of the 18 count Eggs cartons at a time now, since they get them so often.

They just don’t know how good they have it. :slight_smile:

I’m betting you still will. :slight_smile: … My Wife loves it fried too. I do too, but have no issues eating it cold. But it does go very well with fried eggs.

Vienna Sausages were always something that scared me to eat. Potted meat also. But how much worse can Potted Meat be than cheapo canned tuna?

Anyone ever try that whole chicken in a can? I saw it on Chopped once, and it looked abysmal.

Oh, V always liked Fried Bologna as well. (Still does) But, finding a good one these days can be tricky.

Funny, we were actually looking at these yesterday while shopping, but we didn’t pull the trigger. We were over by the Vienna’s, Sardines, etc. and started looking at everything they offered. Also looked at canned Crab Meat, the different types of Sardines and saw the Chicken. But nope, didn’t buy.

Ok so I made keto hamburger buns from the Diet Doctor and oh my my. Hubby has burgers on the grill so pics to come but I tried this with a little butter smeared on it and it is delicious!

Would these be the ones? If so, I’ve actually been wanting to try those, but haven’t. … Not really into breads much, but each time I see them, they do look good.
