@Digital_Dave yes! That’s them! I just really wanted a burger on a bun for some reason and this was the best keto bread I have ever had/made. I don’t do breads often either but this will definitely be in my toolbox for future times I need bread.

Got invited to lunch today at a Mexican restaurant. I was really at a loss as to what to order. I ended up with vegetarian fajitas minus the fajitas, rice and refried beans. I know a lot of you will say “eww veggies/carbs, eeeww”, but I consider it a win.
Oh, I added sour cream to it after I took the pic. And, no, I didn’t eat all of it. Took half home for dinner or maybe breakfast tomorrow.
Yeah, even way before Keto, I was never a big bread person per se. - I also didn’t care for Rice, Pasta, etc. (Starchy foods) I much preferred Wraps, which can be just as bad. … There are a few exceptions, I would eat Spaghetti or Lasagna here and there, but I did enjoy buttered bread with Spaghetti, probably too much so. … But for some reason, since I first saw those little round guys many months ago, I pointed them out to V. Told her I would make them for her one day, so I could try one myself.

Here’s my OMAD for today. … Meaty Salad, Pickles, Olives and Deviled Eggs. Then nice slab of Salmon, sliced Roast Beef, Bacon and some Chicken Gizzards and Hearts.

I need to make some deviled eggs soon. Not sure why I haven’t yet on my keto adventure. That olive pickle and egg plate would be an excellent easy lunch to pack!
Yeah, we keep Deviled Eggs in the fridge. Also make them a bunch of different ways. One of my favorites is Thousand Island Dressing in them, as well as Blue Cheese. Or just Taco Seasoning.

Dinner was turkey meatloaf wrapped in bacon with zoodles, yellow squash and onion cooked with butter, turmeric, and coriander splashed with lime and soy at the end.

This morning at work I was still thinking about last nights pot roast so when I got home I made another! I was pretty lucky because I got to leave work earlier than I thought I’d be there til.
Made a bacon-chicken-egg-cheddar-ranch salad and then some frozen mashed cauliflower I got today that I don’t think I will be getting again. I ate past satiety
My sister uses it to make chicken salad, not bad. And you’d be surprised that cheapo tuna is better than potted meat, IMHO.

Lunch today was so nice! Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, with chopped spinach, radishes in olive oil and a drizzle of melted olive/coconut oil mayo. It turns into a nice salad dressing when it’s melted!
I tried some Willie’s Cacao Pure 100% Gold for afters…I still love Montezuma’s more!!
