That’s another thing about your plates I like (aside from the mayo) … the hearts and other meats. I have been trying all the offal I can find at my local butchers and I really haven’t hit anything I won’t eat again. Having said that, my least favorite thing was the beef kidney. I’d have it again, but it was my least favorite. I still have a spleen to try one day
Broke my 49 hour fast with [grass fed / finished] mushroom swiss hamburgers, 2 boiled eggs and half an avocado. Had 2 (1 pk) lemon smart cakes for dessert.

Last night we had Fathead pizza loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and mushrooms. No picture though. I was nearly done eating before I thought of it.
Boy, there isn’t really much difference between them. Often a super dark/bright orange is a clue. But since yours are free range and the local sellers is also free range… they look the same. Still I’m going with the one on the left is yours. ?
So I’m convinced that the first cup of coffee of the day actually is better than all the rest. I know it’s likely psychological but it seems more than that. It’s SO much better that there’s got to be other factors at play.
Well I’ve alwsys considered myself more of a pastrami Reuben guy, but I tried it with corned beef today and I like it better! Maybe it’s something to do with the pairing of pastrami and rye bread that I like.
Dh is away for a few days so I can eat weird stuff without somebody being a big poopy pants about it.

Hope this posts ok and not a very good photo, but turkey burger, bacon and smoked cheddar with a handful of baby kale and a couple of rhin slices of red onion. Turkey at the request of the family, not one of my favourites tbh.
Well, wasn’t planning to eat today, but my son stopped into my office when he came in from the field, and said he wanted to eat something, but didn’t want to eat it all. So he thought I might split it with him. So I said I would, since it’s Friday and he didn’t want to leave it in the fridge over the weekends. So he gave me half of the sliced Roast he bought, and I took a few slices of Pepper-Jack Cheese. Added in some Pork Rinds and a couple cans Potted meat.
Lunch…
Seafood delight tonight… Dungeness Crab, Shrimp and some Whiting. Also had some Pickle & Olives. … Then I had another Crab and some more Shrimp.
I’m a difficult dude to satisfy with food. That’s why I cook. These, I’ve bought them 3 times in a month. That says a lot about the product.
