Worked out in the yard, after getting Shelby back home today. So wife made me a quick dinner. … Eggs, Bacon, Ham, Pickles, Olives, Strawberry and some Dark Chocolate.
Oh yeah, this goes on the to-do list. If I didn’t already have brisket in the Instant Pot I might’ve tried it tonight.
I didn’t get home from work until 830 so this is what I found for dinner…Not a single vegetable.

My Mom tried her best to get me to eat liver by chopping it up and hiding it my favorite “smashed potatoes” as I called them.
No dice. I wouldn’t touch it.
Ok. I don’t feel quite as bad then. Ya, I’ve tried hiding liver from myself too. But, I even feel like it ruins my meatloaf.
What did you think of the crust? I tried a different brand a while back and felt it was too herby, distracted from the pizza topping flavors.

Cool. Might be a fun treat. I can’t believe all these companies now with the keto foods. When I first started this, it was a struggle even to find minimal information online. So when I saw the first cauliflower crusts a couple years ago I got overly excited and ordered a bunch only to find we don’t really like the brand. Sounds like these ones might be better.
