I think I have found my kindred spirit with your apparent love of Mayonnaise!!! I could LITERALLY eat it off a spoon. I have even really gotten used to making my own w/ avocado oil and LOVE it!
After Golden Corral on Tuesday, I just wasnât hungry (even after a 2 mile run and walking the dogs) so I have nothing to post for Wednesday night as I fasted.
I even took a page from your book and use Turmeric in it at times!
I already take a Turmeric pill daily ⊠but this was a good way to add more
OMG!!! Just Ketoâd cinnamon rolls and garlic bread sticks!
Using a Fathead dough with parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder and eggâŠended up with those Little Ceasar like breadsticks. Will go well with my salad at work today.
Using another Fathead dough with mozzarella, eggs, cream cheese, coconut flour, cinnamon, and a little Swerve, etcâŠended up with these delectable little cinnamonbun-like bunsâŠand made a cream cheese-butter-cream-vanilla âdipâ for them. Good Lord! I CAN Keto-for-Life! Might even get my family on board!

I have another friend who has to Keto for his life, and we invited him for dinner - so I shall make a savory roll version, and either the cinnamon one, or a brownie for dessert. So freaking excited to have found these!!!

That looks divine, especially the tomato lol, I used to eat them all the time before I developed and allergy - No Italian should ever have to suffer from a tomato allergyâŠitâs so wrong!

Iâd like the nutritional benefits, just not able to go there yet. Weâre you raised with these foods and so itâs 2nd nature for you to prepare and eat them or did you start them with keto?
Got back from the Surgeon with Shelby, and had a quick meal from yesterdayâs cooking on the grill. ⊠Couple Hamburgers with Provolone, Ham and a Knockwurst. (Not sure why the lighting has made my Cheese look Green? ⊠I can assure you it wasnât though.
⊠Also Pickles, Olives and a Salad.
Pan fried seabass, with a caper, parsley and lemon butter, sprinkled with toasted almonds and served with roasted tomato and asparagus!
I wanted fried eggs and bacon tonightâŠsomehow I was on auto-pilot and ended up with scrambled eggs was still delicious though!!
