Eggs, Cheese and Bacon, Fried [Grassfed/Finished locally made] Bologna, Mug bread that was buttered and grilled in a pan.
I was SHOCKED when I went to the local farmer/butcher storefront … and saw bologna
I asked if it was made from their beef and they said yes … they make it fresh w/ their own beef and only real ingredients. I HAD to get some!
Until then, I know what you mean!
Anyone love else Lebanon Bologna?
OMG I miss it from time I spent in PA.
We usually take that, genoa, turkey & some sort of soft cheese on our picnics! Mmmm.
@christylaine That’s great you find it in Seattle area, I haven’t seen it except on the east coast. I love that it’s smoked. I always got Kunzler brand thick sliced from the deli for fried bologna sandwiches.
I’ve never had Kunzler. We do Boar’s Head. The first time we had it was by accident. I asked for regular bologna & they gave me LB instead. We really enjoyed it!

@Nasir What a feast! It looks delicious even the naan (would have temped me too), easily pass on the fries though !
@David_Stilley Yeah this being my native cuisine, it is very hard to say no to naan/roti and rice (biryani/pulao)
@runswithdogs Cooking something new with recycled leftovers is a favorite thing for me. Taking a few little containers from the fridge and creating a soup or stew.

They might use a “real egg” but they fry that crap in vegetable oil. Which is a blend of 7 ingredients, including: canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), citric acid, and
dimethylpolysiloxane. Which I might add, is all GMO.
They switched to clarified butter, according to their website. Now, whether I believe that or not is an entirely different story.
Can you show me where your reading this because I’m seeing something different on their website under breakfast.
Just made it 41 hours on what should have been a 42 hour fast. Palmetto pimento cheese wraps, avocado, liverwurst. Not pictured 3 of Brenda Zorn’s chicken tenders I had left over, some asparagus sprinkled with parmesan, and blackberries & raspberries topped with whipped cream. Yum!
