@x-Dena-x I put two cans of water packed tuna drained and squeezed a little. 45g mayo, 2 t. Dry onion flakes, 1 t. dry dill weed, S&P, a splash of Louisiana hot sauce and 60g cheddar cheese on top. 325F in my countertop convention oven for about 12 minutes.

More #simpleketo. Lettuce out of the bag with blue cheese dressing from the bottle. Costco pulled pork from the package (actually from the freezer, since it comes in a huge package). When you defrost the pulled pork, some juices come out, so I just pour that over the salad, like you would with bacon grease. Mmmm. Something more is coming, I just don’t know what yet.

I keep seeing recipes for sweet things with tons of cream cheese. It always sounds weird to me, but I decided to try one out, since it seems so popular. This is pumpkin cheesecake mousse. Tastes mostly like cream cheese and is oddly salty. Maybe it would be better with just the HWC and pumpkin. I might whip some more cream to put on top to see if I can tame the flavor a bit. I think I’m not of fan of sweet cream cheese.

This was the other night. Winner winner breakfast sandwich for dinner (on my homemade keto bagel), With the toppings it was indistinguishable from real bread. Amazing…and I got my first shipment of Rebel ice cream (variety pack)!!! :grinning:

Lambs hearts, slow cooked overnight to be ready for breakfast, and homemade mayo. I’ll also have the usual fatty coffee and homemade Bulgarian yoghurt with extra cream added.

I’ve been 2MAD mostly for a while @David_Stilley, or rather breakfast followed by something light during the morning at work, preferring not to eat anything after 1pm as that leaves my evenings free (and stomach empty) for gym and helps me sleep better. This used to work really well as I would just do OMAD with my big breakfast, but in the last few weeks I’m finding I’m hungry later than I like to eat and am ending up having to eat in the evenings when I really would rather not.
