Admit it @Digital_Dave, you have about 5 pictures, crab, steak and cauliflower, 6 eggs and a pile of bacon and sausage, pickles and olives, and potted meat with pork rinds!
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Hey thatâs my favorite kind of china! I have 600 of each, plastic forks and spoons and bowls and paper plates to get through. Had a lot of family for over a month so we went to sams club and loaded up so we didnât have to do so many dishes a day, and then a lot of the time we all ended up eating out!
Have a ! Iâm out again already
What proportion of sardines to tuna are you using?
Yes everything went in raw, it was like a big gooey pink mess, but looked better when it was cooked
This was something else I literally threw together a few days ago. I canât remember how many eggs, six I think, scrambled in ghee them mixed in with loads of homemade mayo.
These eggs are particularly good as theyâre from mixed hens then ate literally running around your feet when you go to buy them, theyâre so healthy and well cared for and itâs great to see. Well worth paying the premium for.
Roughly 1:1. This time it was actually 3 cans tuna to two sardines, but ⌠[soapbox] two of the tuna cans were âNot So Great Valueâ from WalMart and had more water than tuna in the can. I have a few to use up, then NEVER AGAIN. [/soapbox]
Ya know, that would indeed save me some time and Pixelâs! - I actually have a folder on my desktop, where I throw all my images, after posting. Provides date/time, etc⌠But not sure why I just didnât trash the images after posting, but saved them instead? (Just habit I guess? How I started)
They are very pretty, Iâm very pleased to have found this little place as itâs only a few miles from home so Iâm buying these eggs five dozen at a time
Great to know! When weâre on the truck, we can go to Dennyâs at many Flying Jâs.
No pics in deference to @dlc96_darren sensitivity, but 5 sausages with s/f ketchup, which leaves 3 for lunch tomorrow.
Road Tripping Today
Iâm in San Jose right now, I just finished seeing my transplant nephrologist. She was so impressed with how I have turned around pre diabetes and lost 33 lbs since my last visit, one week into keto last September. I have gone from quarterly appointments to yearly as of today. We had a discussion about the ketogenic lifestyle and she mentioned Dr. Lustig and asked if I knew of him. I mentioned Dr Fung and she smiled. I love the new open mindedness starting to bloom in the California medical community recognizing the advantages of a ketogenic diet.
Getting ready to leave for San Francisco now, oral surgery (minor). I brought some eat in the car meat and fish to get me through my day without going to a restaurant.
Fare Thee Well keto friends.
