Thanks Hapygurl! I love hash as it can include almost anything and it’s soooo easy to make. Adding a cast iron wok to my pans arsenal made a huge difference… Hot & fast.

Dreary old leftovers of leftovers today but I did bake these lovelies - cheddar,tomato & spinach quiches. They’ve not very pretty but they’re tasty & they freeze well.
