We have a barbecue place like that. They know our order before we finish saying it.
Back when we were carb eaters - and before the owner sold the restaurant to new owners, who we suffered through ONCE - we went to a place that had a menu choice called “Bring it on” where they just gave you stuff they thought you’d like. We’d walk in and they wouldn’t even bother to ask us what we were after, just pointed us to a table and brought us water
Leftover roast beef with pan fried asparagus/broccolini/red capsicum/cherry tomatoes. Beef was one of those poxy low fat numbers but perked right up with the addition of a cream cheese/hot English mustard combo.

Lunch: 12-hour cooked/18-hour rested pulled brisket topped with melted mozzarella, accompanied by a garden salad featuring cherry tomatoes, fire-roasted capsicum, pickled jalepenos, dill pickles and mushroom, on a bed of baby spinach and iceberg lettuce.
And this is the macro breakdown for it. Yeah, the carb percentage is a bit high, thanks to the salad. Probably should have had more brisket (it was only 160g)…
My wife put it together, and so I’m pretty safe because she only gives me 10g. If I was doing it, well…
House-prepared chicken thigh parmigiana in a pork crackling coating with home-made tomato paste and locally sourced ham. Served with an accompanying pan-fried bok choy and fresh steamed broccoli with a garlic-infused butter dressing.
Last nights dinner was inspired by a pic from this thread - couldn’t get it outta my head. Carbonara Fathead pizza - three cheeses, including a white Castello in the carbonara sauce. Bacon, mushrooms, a bit of onion - delicious.
Tonight (no pics) slow cooked lamb shank stew on buttered broccoli and cauliflower. Hit the spot, for sure.
My only meal today. Doing OMAD. 2 Oz HWC. 2 fried eggs and some parmesan cheese, 3 strios of bacon and some green olives. Smoked salt for the eggs.
