Hmmmm. I’ll try that next time! I remember seeing too where they had an option to add a 2nd dog for just a bit more $! I’d rather have that than the enormous side. But it was cool they offered so many side options and not just fries.

Happy st. Patrick’s day! Made bangers and cauliflower mash. Onion gravy made with a Lil conjac powder. Works really well!
Tried out almond flour pancakes, this one was cream cheese free. I made them cinnamon toast style with some swerve and cinnamon instead of getting some sugar free syrup. Pretty good even though I made them a little too golden brown delicious. Had veggie bacon too
Feeling a bit queasy today I got drunk ‘keto style’ last night…definitely wasn’t my finest moment!

I hope you take some pics of the process, since I’ve never used the Sous Vide for anything but Steak. But have been wanting to try it with Chicken or possibly some other stuff.
Today’s OMAD… We decided to eat a little earlier today to change things up. … Slow Cooker Roast (started it last night) along with Radish-Taters, Onion Quarters and Cauli-Egg Salad. Also had some Pickles and Olives and some Shrimp left over from yesterday. And I took the remaining Dungeness Crab meat & made a small pan of Dungeness Deviled Crab. Little thinner for nice crust.
I sousvide almost all meats and poultry, turkey included. I don’t do fish sousvide.
Nice. As I said, I’ve only used it for Steaks since I got it. … So I want to make sure I’m not missing out. I’ve been thinking about doing some chicken, but was also wondering about Fish and other stuff. … Will definitely have to look into some more then. It does so well with Steak, I can only guess it can do just as well with other meats. … Might have to put out the booklets we have and take a read through.
Fish is too easy to do right without sousvide. You have to do fish at a temperature below 130F for too short of cooking time to kill any parasites so I won’t do it. I’m on immune suppression drugs. I just do fish in a pan or oven usually.
I came across these cauliflower tortillas /flat bread slices. Just wanted to try them out, not for everyday use. Pretty damn good
Last nights supper,
Fathead pizza
1-bacon, shiitaki mushroom, olives and some leftover chicken from the hotwings.
2-pepperoni, chorizo, salami, chillies and pineapple.
And tonight,
650g ribeye with bone marrow butter with mixed mushrooms cooked in bone marrow butter with garlic.
