Well, guess I’m the fool :crazy_face: … Apparently making a little Cod, goes without saying. - Large Salad, a good portion of Cod, with Broccoli with melted Cheese and Strawberries in Greek Yogurt. … Oh, and the pickles showed up after the photo shoot. … Don’t know if I even feel like picking Crabs now. :slight_smile:

Huge [spoiler]ass[/spoiler] ribeye, mushrooms sauteed in butter and bacon green beans. I was pretty hungry so the food made it to my belly before I grabbed the pic. Feels good to be back on plan :slight_smile:

I do burrito bowls or taco bowls at my favorite Mexican restaurant. They see me coming and they know “No rice, no chips, no tortilla?” and I’m like lots of meat, cheese, avocado, sour cream, a little beans, a little salsa, a little lettuce. It all works out.
