Decaf fatty coffee. I’m still slowly using up my dairy products ahead of my planned one month (or more) of dairy free… I’ve got heavy cream frozen in perfect coffee sized portions in the freezer.
I’m experimenting with making cream ice cubes. I’ll start using them after my fast and see how they do.
You could also try using cream cheese instead of the HWC. It’s not as liquid when it melts, and (IMHO) doesn’t even need a thickener.

It’s really useful. In the past I’ve melted butter, coconut oil, and mixed in cream then frozen it into ready made fatty coffee cubes - just grab two or three, throw in coffee and blend x
Add a little smoked salt to your ranch dressing. I know it sounds weird, but it’s REALLY good!
