I had trouble with the metallic bloody taste,
the texture was not that much of a problem to me, but I started with chicken liver pate too. lots of leaks thyme and rosemary.
Chicken liver has a Milder flavor, as a pate you have none of that bouncy rubbery texture and if you mix 1/3 of butter into it and use it on cucumber slices or such… soooo gooood.
I started with that for the health benefits, now I sometimes just really crave it…

It says to soak in the water/vinegar for 12-24 hours. Not going to stay up until midnight so will make it tomorrow. I assume this is done in the fridge?
