Sigh. Time for another #food:boringKeto dinner. Half a head of romaine heart, 3 mushrooms, two pieces of leftover bacon, half a tomato tomato, cheddar cheese, olive oil, and leftover chicken salad with turmeric and sesame oil. I feel sooooo sorry for myself… :rofl:

Got my appetite back today.

Breakfast (no photo)

Prosciutto with sour cream (was supposed to be pancetta but I forgot it at home, so bought some prosciutto from a store nearby my office), chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, butter, pink Himalayan salt.

Lunch

Dark chicken meat, roasted cauliflower, tons of sea salt. Very tasty.

Dinner

Rib eye, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, the butter of 800 cows, spicy Italian sausage, roasted asparagus and broccoli. Macadamia nuts off-plate, and a bit of beef jerky I recently made while I was cooking.

Kewpie is super popular in Japan and China, so clearly not everyone agrees with me. But I have commented to Japanese friends that it is possible to prepare food without it.

All of them do it seems, usually dextrose (yuck). I just look for 1gram carbs per link and avoid the ingredients list mostly :see_no_evil:

They have it at my local Wally as well (LoUiSiAna). I got it and have cooked/browned some cabbage in it already !
