Topped with lightly blackened gulf shrimp and toasted pecans.
Pork chop stuffed with fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, garlic, onions and bacon…
Pepper jack cheese pan sauce for a top.

Who doesn’t like a bit of rump? Well, a lot is even better! 30-hour sous vide rump steak with wasabi paste as a dressing to give a little bite, nestled next to some fresh house-created coleslaw. Perfect.
Beautiful looking steak which is the first time I’ve had any kind of appetite the past few days. Yum. But I think you sneezed as you took the shot?
Also there’s no fork that I can wind you up about, come on.
Beautiful salad! I needed to zoom in on it to see what you had going for peppers. Look like those sweet banana peppers they can add so much flavor!
That is a lovely shade of sea foam green. Maybe a touch too blue for wasabi.

Also there’s no fork that I can wind you up about, come on.
Yeah, I totally forgot. I don’t usually, but I spent the previous six hours running around getting a bed from there to here, and straight up forgot
Yeah, you’re probably right. All I did was add a couple of drops of green food colouring to it to make it pop a bit
Breakfast today: two eggs over medium cooked in butter and olive oil. Three strips of bacon.
Lunch: Spinach Artichoke Quiche at my nearby Barnes and Noble / Starbuck’s cafe. I avoided the crust. Followed by a 1-mile walk around the shopping center it is located in afterwards - I timed it, it’s a full mile.
Dinner: Ground beef and turkey in a tomato sauce over spiralized zucchini noodles with grated parmesan cheese topping.

Vernor’s in Florida?! Are you a wizard?
Edit: Didn’t realize anyone outside of southeast Michigan drank it!
" Vernors was not mass distributed nationally until the 2000s, when the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group expanded the brand to a 33-state area. Even after expansion, Michigan accounts for 80% of Vernors sales. Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois are the highest-selling states, and primary cities are Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Toledo, and Cincinnati. It is also very popular in Florida, which has large numbers of retired or relocated former Michigan residents."
I’m sure I have asked you this but what temp is your rump at? If that’s not too personal…
You’re wrong about Vernor’s. I grew up in San Diego in the 60’s. My grandma always had some and my parents bought it sometimes too. She was from Columbus Ohio. It was in green bottles back then. I haven’t drank it in a long time. Was getting some diet soda when I saw it, which I almost never drink but I am on vacation. My lady friend said it tasted foul!
