The Wife cooked up some meats this morning… Sausage Links, Bacon & Hickory Smoked Spam.

Then had morning meal, keeping with the TMAD theme I’ve been on since getting back home. (Only missed 1 day, where I only ate once.) But since I will be going back to work next week, I will be switching back to OMAD.

I finished a 168:06:08 fast today has some leafy greens, and now it is time to refeed.

rib eye done in sous vide yesterday then fried today.
green beans boiled then drained and smothered in butter
spring onions fried in ghee
home made blue cheese sauce
extra butter to drizzle over
