I make a very similar dessert to the one in your picture, about once a week. I usually add about 1oz of crumbled up walnuts or pecans as well.

Turkey deli meat, avocado, and queso fresco drizzled with hot sauce, with a side of green beans.

Brisket. Homemade cucumber kimchi. Pickles. Olives.

With a side of terrier.

(Running from stupidity) #3208

(Troy) #3211

Looks so good
What recipe did you use?

(Hyperbole- best thing in the universe!) #3212

I really like nutritional yeast. I used to have it on my popcorn in my carb days. I’ll have to try it on yoghurt.

(Allie) #3213

I’ll mix it in when it comes to eating it x

(Running from stupidity) #3214

I’d give you some rubbish spiel as per usual, but I’m not actually sure what’s in this, it’s my wife’s lunch.

I really shot it to give my awesome new red bowl its debut. Unfortunately, my wife filled it when I was expecting her to have far less food in it, so you can’t really see how beautiful it is. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow…

(I came for the weight loss and stayed for my sanity... ) #3215

(Heather Meyer) #3219

(Running from stupidity) #3220

Indeed. Avocado, lemon juice, salt (if she made it the same way as usual, of course, but that’s how we always make it).

(Full Metal KETO AF) #3221

I think she wants your cooking skills! You seem like quite the home gourmet.
