@Becky I did make these for our camping trip last weekend, husband found the coffee grinder & used it on the Swerve; only had semi-sweet chips (so sweet to me now) but figured once wouldn’t hurt…also did half creamy & half crunchy peanut butter and was happy with the result, so tasty. Thanks so much for posting that recipe!

Not wanting to contravene copyright, the recipe is based on Laura and Veronica Child’s Chipotle chips- found in their book low carb breads, crackers and more.
The basic ingredients are
almond flour, coconut flour, chia seeds, egg ,butter, spices but we swapped out the spices
