Breakfast this morning::::: diced bacon saute til almost brown, add 3 oz breakfast sausage add 1 small diced yam (micro’d yam to pre cook) let everything get brownd, don’t stir too often… add 1/4 cup diced onion and 1 pressed garlic clove… Make 4 holes in in the mix down to the surface of the pan… crack 2 eggs in each hole… cover for about 2 minutes to cook the top of the eggs… top with grated cheese… served 4…’

Dinner. MEAT SALAD!!
Sauté bacon, add thin sliced steak and any other meat you have available. Add salt,pepper,cumin,pepper flakes ( a pinch of each). Top with cilantro. Garnish with cheese ,avocado, tomato and olives

Ahh yes Camelot, King Arthur, Merlin, The Knights of the Round Table, Sir Lancelot, Queen Guinevere.

Nicely ketofied dinner theatre meal with a lovely dry Cabernet Sauvignon, rare sirloin with melted Bleu, red snapper with chili lime compote, subtract potato, double veg, quadruple whipped butter.

Just had a dinner of an omelette of 2 eggs, ham, cheese, and a sprinkling of parsley (inspired by Richard talking about his omelettes in an early 2KetoDudes episode), with some roast chicken, followed up by a “dessert” of - for my first time - 2 pieces of short-cut bacon taken from the fridge and spread with cream cheese.

Quick, simple, and absolutely delicious!

Meal 1 - 500g (1lb) pork mince (ground) fried in 4 decent dollops of duck fat + lots of salt. Meal 2 - very lazy ZC dinner, 2 tins of sardines topped with 1 jar of anchovies in olive oil. Not the prettiest meal but pretty tasty.

First meal was deviled eggs with a bit of cayenne pepper and curry powder topped with smoked paprika and an espresso. Second meal was sausage egg roll in a bowl (substituted kale slaw for coleslaw - much better) and a few raspberries and unsweetened whipped cream.

This is my spatchcocked chicken. Fresh herb compound butter under the skin on the breast. This was the juiciest most delicious chicken with awesome crispy skin.

I was upset to find the same thing, unfortunately, at a Wendy’s in the Dallas area last time I was there. :frowning: Talk about irritating. I mean, I wasn’t gonna eat all 4 of them at once, but why would I pay for three things I can’t have just to get one burger? Ugh.

they’re probably just being cheap. I’m surprised they haven’t charged me extra for it yet. my Starbucks has it and will give it after giving me strange looks.
