Happy to be here trying out keto.
A little about my goals: 200lb male 28. I don’t want to lose weight. I am chronically fatigued, to the point that my personality suffers greatly socially. I can never remember a time when I wasn’t super tired, even as a kid…I just can’t seem to be who I am due to such a lack of energy. I’ve tried super healthy diets. Nothing works too well. So here I am! I really just want energy.
My secondary goal is to see if a keto diet can actually help with weight training, I’ve heard whispers of serious strength improvements on keto despite the chaos of conflicting info on the web.
I know this isn’t the place for recommendations, but in case I’m doing something seriously wrong, here’s what I’ve been eating every day:
5 tbsp MCT
3 cups ground turkey
5 small avocados
3 servings pea protein
Multivitamins
I am presently going through hell. I feel like I got punched in the stomach, every time i breathe out i feel like im exhaling gasoline, my urine looks radioactive, gravity is murderous, I cant sleep, i lost around 7 lbs my first week, and I had a panic attack the other day (I’ve not once had a panic attack in my life).
Anyways, sounds about right I guess? Should I just hold tight or am I hurting myself? I’m honestly afraid.
