Great advice for those of us who are just beginning this adventure. Thanks!

Been watching Scot the trucker since Bacon mentioned him. He’s fucking hilarious.

#47

He seems a little fucking crazy! Not that there’s anything wrong with that!

Yup. I say: do what you need to do to meet your goals.

For me, I’m worried about getting my blood sugars normalized, and my numbers looking good, getting off meds, etc.

Then, maybe I can focus on reducing more inflammation…

One thing at a time.

Thank you thank you thank you😘

F*CK YAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSS!

I couldn’t agree more
Well said - as always

(softail925) #52

I totally agree w/ this statement, as after being keto for 10 weeks, I have finally realized that 1. I have fully accepted this woe for the rest of my life. And 2. I luv eating and experimenting w/ all these wonderful food prep methods and eating all these wonderfully flavored foods!

(ketohealthclub) #53

I’m right there with you!

(laratosh) #54

thank you for this post, Brenda
…it’s exactly what I was needing!

(Tom Seest) #55

How much does the Keto Rulebook cost? I’m going to try to get a copy on my Kindle.

(Insert witty quote here) #56

Is a dirty ketoer the equivalent of being a mudblood? If so, I’m cool with that-Hermoine is a bad ass.

(Guardian of the bacon) #57

What’s a mudblood?

(Insert witty quote here) #58

A Harry Potter reference. A mudblood is a witch or wizard that was born to non-wizard parents. It’s a very offensive term in the wizarding world.

(Guardian of the bacon) #59

Ok…who’s Harry?

(Guardian of the bacon) #60

I’m kidding…my wife has read the books and seen the movies…I haven’t a clue about them though.
