I followed this one for baking instructions - but I used about 1/3 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup nutritional yeast. Then I added garlic powder, salt, and pepper. And a couple dashes of cayenne pepper.
I would have used some crushed pork rinds, but I used them all yesterday making waffles. Lol…

This is the recipe use I for Keto Shake and bake, with pork rinds. My family loves it
