I’m taking doses of Real Salt during my fast which has some of these minerals in it, but not enough for extended fasting from what I understand. How much of these minerals should I be looking to take daily during an extended fast and what forms of supplements should I buy? I know nothing of the product-sphere for this stuff and don’t know what I will be up against upon visiting the supplement shelves.

Salt light has loads of potassium and is extremely cheap. For magnesium, prefer citrate/lactate to oxide (the latter is too laxative, not always well assimilated). Transdermal magnesium is debated.
