3 pounds thinly sliced chuck steak
16 ounces sliced green peppers (~ 5 peppers, 4 cups)
8 oz sliced baby corn (~1 1/2 cups)
5 oz sliced red onion (~1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup liquid aminos
2 tbsp chili paste
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 1/2 cup broth
Marinate beef in mixture of all except peppers, baby corn, and onions. Sauté peppers, onions, and baby corn. Cook beef quickly. Reduce liquid, mix and heat all. Serve over caulirice.
