90 hours in and going strong. Slept a bit more last night. Feeling great but am beginning to think about food more often, I’m just enjoying watching the waves of hunger come and go! Ketones were up to 4.5 and morning BG was 65. Felt very refreshed waking up. Keep calm and Fast ON!

Ok folks - taping out soon at 90+ hours. Body is wanting to eat and I agree :yum:.
Thanks beckyjo for getting us all started on the right foot for 2018. Think this was the easiest and quickest way to balance out the 2017 December feasting.

12 hours or so to go. Feeling good.
Yesterday, I suddenly realised something. Three or four years ago I started getting an odd twitch/throbbing in my left ear internally. It sounded quite loud due to the proximity to my ear and it kind of freaked me out. Hard to describe, but fortunately it wasn’t too frequent. It would annoyed me for perhaps a few minutes probably once or twice a month.
Yesterday, I realised that I could not remember when It last happened. Perhaps six months or longer. I only just realised… So either the keto, or the fasting has helped it. Touch wood it’s gone for good…! Non scale victory!

52hrs for first fast of the year, not in the same ballpark as some here, but I’m working really hard on making it not about competing… it is so much more control than I have previously had over my eating, its a huge win…! - now to start planning for the next one, I’m currently thinking maybe sun night to wed night every week and see if my body stands that well…

Just found this forum. I happened to have started jan 3 @3am. So I am 43 hours in. This is my second fast and I have a separate thread already for itt, so. I’ll skip details. However will throw my hat in the ring for the group fast. All of you seem to have targets. I started out planning 3 days, but now am thinking I’ll stop when my body complains, and not before

We all still going? Tonight will be when I have to piss off the wife and tell her she may be eating alone for the weekend, she LOVES when I do that. This is what usually get’s me, I’ll fast all week then out of just missing food I’ll eat something awesome, it’s never hunger, only my stupidity. But I’m 2lbs away from dropping below 200lbs and I’ve been playing the 200-210 game for months, If I break it I’m pretty much proving that whole “definition of insanity” thing. GOTTA KEEP GOING!

108 hours in for me! I’ll be ending it tonight at 120 hours since I have dinner plans with family. After that gonna feast for a few days, then get right back into another fast.

Ended at 3Days 5hours, 77 hours.
Felt great.
Plan to do 84 hours fasting, 84 hours keto from now forward.
I think that will work great for me.

I’m currently fasting for 134 hours. I started Monday and my fast has changed over the course of the week.
Tues and Wed-nothing but water, salt, magnesium, and potassium.
Thurs and Fri-freezing cold, added in hot green tea with lemon.
Sat and today (Sun)-added in bone broth.
I will eat only these things until Monday night when I will break fast with 2 eggs and a slice of cheese.
I then plan on going on an egg fast until Friday night when I will begin to add in other keto foods. Eagles playoff game next Sat which I’d like to imbibe with some vodka or tequila.

My weight loss is as follows:
Started Tues morning at 187.8
Wed-182.6
Thurs-180.8
Fri-179.2
Sat-176,8
Sun-175.6

I’m hoping to be below 172 by Friday. That’s where I was all summer until holiday season set me off track. Then I’ll work on losing some new pounds instead of getting rid of old pounds again.
