Just hit 181, which is my lowest weight ever. Now I get to pig out on thanksgiving a reward.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey I’m back! I’ve been off the wagon and looking to get back into the low carb thang full time again. I’m currently 225 pounds and all my skinny guy clothes are starting to get tight. So I need to get back in line starting today!
Welcome back and hopefully you stay on track and don’t go off it again =). Keto is not meant to be a fast fad diet, it is designed as a lifestyle. Don’t make the same mistakes I did, and be a yo-yo dieter for years and destroy your metabolism.
Good luck getting back into focus and following the Keto Way=), and getting healthy and staying that way for life!
I see you lost 130 pounds before, so you know what to do, just this time in Maintenance… stay Keto =-). I have lost 43 and have 130 more to go, so I will be around here a long time and watching and following your thread!
Aww thanks for the support. I’m glad this forum is still here and still has lovely supportive people around to lift others up.
… I just made another thread in the ‘Keto Chat’ section too: Back in it! (Gained 45 pounds)
I’m 217 already, the first 10 pounds or so are always easy to get rid of because it’s water weight and bloat.
Thanks!
I’ve been using my treadmill too.
Here’s my log for the last couple days:
[8/3/19] Minutes: 63 | Miles: 5
[8/4/19] Minutes: 75 | Miles: 6
[8/5/19] Minutes: 49 | Miles: 4
[8/6/19] Minutes: 49 | Miles: 4
I run for 5 minutes and walk for 5 minutes the whole time, just doing intervals of that.
Lol, here I am again back in the same spot as I was back when I made this post, I’m currently at around the same weight too. Going to be good again starting now!
You can do itttt!!! You can tear Keto up. You seem to have a positive attitude in the midst of a setback, so youre one up.
Thanks!
Thanks for the support!

Hi Nebulous! Yes, it can be an up an down struggle. Many of us have been there – I know I have. Just think of your successes and the lessons you’ve learned along the way.
Congratulations on getting back on the horse. You can do this. Best wishes.
