I searched and didn’t find one, but was wondering if anyone has come across a forum strictly for extended fasting that is knowledgeable about Dr Fung’s methods. I read many old (2yr+) posts here where a member did pretty long (20+ days), but it seems they no longer frequent this forum.
Is there a Dr Fung fasting forum...?

There are quite a few Fung fasting facebook groups…Although some of them can be a tad dogmatic…

This is a free Facebook group run by the IDM clinic. It offers fasting support and weekly fasting schedules, I believe.
