Nearly 3 years carnivore and I have yet to have a cheat meal. Why would I want to eat plants???
How often do you have a "cheat" meal?
I make my own sashimi with Costco skinless salmon. Honestly I can eat about two pounds of it at a time. Knowing I can do this at home, for about 10% of the price of having it in a restaurant, makes the whole all you can eat (mostly rice) sushi “bargain” much less tempting. Last time I was in a Japanese restaurant I got a sashimi salad, a huge portion of salad and fish without that rice, that was filling and not crazy expensive. Miso soup is another good filler, and edamame is about 5 net carbs for a shelled half cup. You can do this!
523 days carnivore and I have not cheated once. I see no reason to. I am no longer addicted to carbohydrates so I no longer desire them.
I’m of the mindset that I only want to put nutrition into my body so anything other than animal fats, animal protein, salt and water have no value to me.
