Free lard and tallow

I posted this a few days ago, where I discovered a new butcher in town, specializing in free ranged and pasture raised beef and pork, was throwing out all the fat trimmings.

They are now donating it to me for free…which I make rendered tallow and lard.

@jfricke, Do like Bacon Man. Strap the fat to your body. I’m sure you won’t set off any detectors or alarms.
