Fat to protein ratio

I’m starting to doubt myself… my fat to protein ratio is 2:1 does this sound like I’m in the ballpark? This is the beginning of my 5th week with so far a modest loss of 4 pounds. My calories are at 1500 and I’m just uncertain about pretty much everything. Doesn’t help having the women at work scrutinizing my diet… just because we are librarians that does not mean we know everything nor should we act superior to ANYONE… someone get me outta here lol!

You don’t have to do too much counting on a ketogenic diet, unless you enjoy that sort of thing. The basic outline is carbohydrate under 20g, moderate protein, and fat to satiety, and even these are not “rules” so much as guidelines for getting the best results.
