I have been ‘dry fasting’ overnight. LOL all this means is that I am not drinking liquids when if I get up to pee in the night time. I have noticed that I am less thirsty when I do get up for the day…which may mean nothing.
Anyway, I am going to go for a meal less Monday (so 36 hours or so) with a 24 hour or so period of dry fasting in the middle. And just see what happens… I will track this on the monthly fasting thread. Of course as always if I feel unwell I will stop!
