Does Steak and Red Meat Just sit There in your Colon for 3-4 Days?

(Bunny) #41

BTW: That’s just a fact not an opinion.

(bulkbiker) #42

It really isn’t now is it… there’s just as little proof of cold pressed organic seed oils being harmful or not harmful… the truth is we just don’t know (fact).

(Bunny) #43

The thing about saturated fats is they are fresh when you get it from raw meat other than that it can be oxidized or partially hydrogenated just like a plant oil can be oxidized from sitting on a shelf too long or hydrogenated.

(bulkbiker) #44

So are you now agreeing that I am right and there in fact is no proof of what you stated above?

(Bunny) #45

You probably misunderstand things and maybe it is just beyond what your capable of comprehending, so maybe you need to read more? So I would question anything you recommend or state as fact also?

Maybe start with physics 101?

(bulkbiker) #46

I don’t say things are facts when they aren’t Bunny and being snidey with me doesn’t cut any ice…so maybe preface everything you write with “I think” or “Maybe” and we’ll get on fine… otherwise I see rocky roads ahead.

(Bunny) #47

It’s easy to parrot other people without understanding the finer details and when you do fully understand the finer details, you might catch something they missed?

(bulkbiker) #48

Its also incredibly easy to present things as facts when they simply aren’t.
You do this in almost every single one of your posts with no room for nuance.
As I said simply preceding your statements with an “I think”, “I have found” or simply “maybe” would be fine.
That you seem incapable of doing this says a lot about you “parroting” your beliefs as facts.

(Bunny) #49

However I format my post bad or good grammar, I also provide references and footnotes to let people decide for them selves if what I’m discussing or debating is a valid point?

If you don’t read anything it is so easy to just make an assumption that nothing is factual and “…I just don’t like you because you disagree with me?..”

I don’t play emotional games, but people get upset when they know they might be wrong, I’m the opposite, I want you to prove me wrong so you can catch what I may have missed and then I learn from that, so I can get it right next time!

(bulkbiker) #50

I can’t prove you wrong but neither can you prove you right…
I’m going to bed goodnight.

Omega 6s from high quality non rancid non aflatoxin contaminated whole foods with the protein/minerals are required to increase sexual organ size in both sexes via prolonged intercourse & PGE1, to obtain/maintain an erection via PGE1, to increase neurogenesis via various prostaglandins, to extent lifespan, to loosen the vagina before childbirth, to increase muscle mass and many other benefits.

I consume high quality non rancid walnuts. My stomach is flat as a board and my morning wood hardness is the hardest the day after consuming walnuts. No other food comes close in comparison.

(Edith) #52

It’s the non natural PUFAS. How much corn does it take to make two tablespoons of corn oil? How many soy beans are needed to made two tablespoons of soy oil. These are the unnatural seed oils.

(Bunny) #53

I suppose if your eating polyunsaturated fats or plant sterols straight from the plant just like the saturated fat from fresh meat, in which case grass fed saturated fat is even better it would be natural.

Fresh fish has natural polyunsaturated fats! Fresh avocados have monounsaturated fats as well as polyunsaturated and saturated fats! Avocados are awesome because they have the proper balance of all 3 fats for the human body.

If we are talking about eating fats out of a bottle that’s been chemically or heat extracted (starts losing electrons) rather than cold pressed then it is probably un-natural.

#54

Some people are allergic to avocados due to the persin fungicide but I do wonder if salt or something acidic would break down this toxin. How Mexicans make guacamole.

I don’t believe there’s a perfect fatty acid ratio for humans because we’re all unique.

I have an occipital bun like neanderthals and I’ve noticed that I need more Omega 6s than someone with the rear of their skull being flat.

I know, the Fungicide thing; why organic is better!

Gaucomole has diced tomatoes and onions and sometimes garlic which is an anti-fungal, maybe it is that combination?

What is also interesting is if your gut microbiome is lacking phytase producing bacteria (anti-phytic acid) which is what our ancestors probably had an abundance of in there gut bacteria? They probably ate moldy veggies, fruits and foods[4] too?

Fungicides just make the veggies and fruit look pretty?

What specific PUFAs are we talking about?

As I understand it, EPA and DHA from fish are essential (in small amounts), but eating large quantities of other, non-essential PUFAs from (e.g.) safflower oil, is not likely to provide benefits.

(Bunny) #57

Interesting how satiating saturated fat (ghrelin suppressor?) can be?

In my own experience my body seems to know its limit, if I even think about eating another drop of saturated fat it initiates my gag reflex…lol

DHA and EPA in my polyunsaturated fats are also important which I like to get from krill oil.

Fat Composition Analysis

Available data suggests that 100 g of cocoa butter oil contains:

  • 32.9% of monounsaturated fat, 3% of polyunsaturated fat, and 59.7% of saturated fat out of a total lipid of 100 g. The amount of trans fat is not available. It does not contain any cholesterol.
  • 32.9 g of total monounsaturated fat, which includes 32.6 g of Oleic Acid (OA)1. There is no data for Palmitoleic Acid (PA).
  • Out of a total of 3 g of polyunsaturated fat, there is 0.1 g of total omega-3 fatty acids2which composed mainly of Alpha-linolenic Acid (ALA) (exact value of ALA, however, is unknown). The amount of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), Docosapentaenoic Acid (DPA)and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) are zero or negligible.
  • 2.8 g of total omega-6 fatty acids3. Most of these fats are omega-6 Linoleic Acid (LA), but the exact LA amount is unknown. No data is available for the amount of Arachidonic Acid (ARA), Dihomo-gamma-linolenic Acid (DGLA)and Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA).
  • 28 times as much omega-6 as omega-3 fatty acids.
  • 59.7 g of total saturated fat. Some of these saturated fatty acids are 33.2 g of Stearic Acid (SA), 25.4 g of Palmitic Acid (PAL) and 0.1 g of Myristic Acid (MA). The amount of Caprylic Acid (CA) and Lauric Acid (LAA) are zero or negligible. …More

Omega-3 fatty acids (omega-3s) have a carbon–carbon double bond located three carbons from the methyl end of the chain. Omega-3s, sometimes referred to as “n-3s,” are present in certain foods such as flaxseed and fish, as well as dietary supplements such as fish oil. Several different omega-3s exist, but the majority of scientific research focuses on three: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA contains 18 carbon atoms, whereas EPA and DHA are considered “long-chain” (LC) omega-3s because EPA contains 20 carbons and DHA contains 22. …” …More

How do you eat only saturated fat? If you are eating food it’s an impossibility…

(Bunny) #59

Ummm maybe with my hands?

And possibly with a substance called food?

That was a really thought provoking question and very insightful!

(bulkbiker) #60

There is a food that only contains saturated fat?.. pray tell what it is…
