Ingredients
- 200ml Sour Cream
- 300ml Thickened Cream
- 375g Salsa
- 150g Grated Tasty Cheddar Cheese
- 800g Chicken Thighs

- Medium Pot
- Chopping Board
- Forks (for shredding chicken)
- Oven Proof Baking Dish
- Measuring Cups or Kitchen Scales
- Serving Spoon
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180oC (355oF)
- Place chicken thighs in a pot of water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked (approximately 15 minutes)
- Remove chicken thighs from water, shred and set aside
- Combine sour cream, thickened cream and salsa in a saucepan over low heat
- Add shredded chicken and stir through
- Spoon mixture into an oven proof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese
- Place dish in oven until cheese melts
- Serve with sides of your choice
