Chocolate Mints

Equal parts unsalted butter and coconut oil, melted. Add stevia, cocao powder and mint extract to taste.
I just wing it, but I think for this batch it was 3 Tablespoons ghee and 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, 10 drops liquid stevia and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract, and 1 tablespoon cocao powder.
Use a silicone mold if you can. They make beautiful candies every time.

I’m not a huge fan of mint, but I think this would still be yummy without the mint extract. Could also try almond or vanilla extract. I’m gonna have to try this!
