Woosh. Day 3. Down 6 pounds, BG was decent this morning but BP is still way high. Here’s to hoping. I only got 6 hours of sleep because I woke up and could not go back to sleep but I am wide awake today. Hope it stays that way. Had coffee and water so far. Hope everyone has a most excellent day.

Day 3 as well, only measuring weight but went down another 0.9 kg in the last 24 hours!

Day 4 and am down 6 pounds from start day. Feeling great even though working a twelve hour shift today. It’s good that only 4 hours is in the heat/humidity in a factory and 8 hours are in the AC office. :slight_smile:

Made it through day two (was a struggle last night) and day three is going strong. Feel good and down another 2 lbs this morning (5 total). I know from past experience that it gets easier from here for me and if I feel like going further than the planned 92hr mark then it will just have to be. Cheers everyone and stay strong!

I’m not quite sure how I made it through dinner tonight, but I did. Fried chicken with a parm coating instead of bread. OUCH! So, just had black coffee, water, and salt today. Energy was really good today. Mind clear. Day 3 in the bag.

Morning fasters! Day 4. I had some nausea last night before bed. Went away decently quickly. I’m going to ditch the black coffee today and see if that makes a difference. So just tea, water and salt today. I have these great Japanese cold brewers for tea in the fridge, been enjoying that.
Down 7 pounds, BG was up again this morning. Kind of a bummer. I had to take an extremely small pop of insulin to get this down. Don’t worry I know what I’m doing. BP still high. I really hope BP comes down by day 10 or so. Mornings seem to be my high point. Not hungry and lots of energy. Evenings get a little rough. Happy Friday hope you all have a great one!

I ended up breaking my fast at 106 hours which is about 9 hours before a date with my boyfriend. I will feast this weekend and intend to fast again Sunday night through Friday or Saturday depending on if I work some of the weekend or not. I lost a total of 7.5 pounds and I know that I will gain a minimum of half that back through the weekend! KCFO (Keep Calm and Fast On).

On a side note, I slept with the covers on last night. I never do that. Getting those nice fasting cold spells :wink:

Good to hear everyone is still trucking along!

In reading your post I realised why I turned the AC up a couple of degrees and slept quite soundly :slight_smile:

Other than that and a furry tongue, I’m buzzing with energy! at hour 84!

Well, my body is telling me it’s time to eat so I think I will for dinner. That will be the 96 hour mark. Good luck to everyone else. I will start back up on Monday and see how it goes!
