Baked Brie

This is super delicious. Didn’t even to make the recipe keto.

We had it with Mia Ringsparr crackers. Available in Australia.

Also realised I haven’t posted on here for ages and am not sure if the links and uploaded pic will work. Fingers crossed.

Two issues, "crunch" and am "I eating too much?"

This looks great! I love Brie, and since I found a local grocery store that sells it as a loss leader (i.e. for really cheap) I’ve been a loyal customer.

I’m not in Australia, so I’ll have to find some other type of cracker to eat it with (or maybe just drop the crackers all together).

I was considering just going at it with a spoon. It was good with the crackers though.

Omg, I love brie. That looks soooooooooo good.

It is delicious on pork rinds.

The cruelest recipe I’ve seen. At the bottom it says:
Serves 16 as part of menu.

Hummingbirds?

OMG, I didnt even see that. The whole nutritional breakdown is weird too. That cant be 11g carbs per serve. I just went on the thought that Brie is pretty low carb and all I added was garlic and thyme. 16 serves would barely do one cracker.

Honestly, we had it as a meal, so I can incorporate it in my day.

They have baked Brie at a restaurant near me… smothered in mid size shrimp, olive oil, pico de gallo and garlic. Yum. Then they serve it with little rolls… have to come up with something else for dipping into it.
